At Punky Colour, we want you to be obsessed with your look, so if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for unopened and unused products. Please note that for hygienic reasons, we cannot accept returns on hair dyes or cosmetics that have been opened or tested.

Initiate Your Request

Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring the RMA number is clearly written on the outside of the shipping box.

Ship It Back

Send your package using a trackable shipping method to our distribution center; please keep your tracking receipt until the return is processed.

Receive Your Refund

Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
